Where can i put the tax disc?

Hey where abouts can i put the tax disc? At the mo it sits on the inside of the little perspex aero shield - but is it possible to get a different tax disc holder and just stick it to the passenger side of the dashboard?????

As i was thinking it'd look better there and well bikes have them elsewhere don't they - so thought it may be fine on a kitcar.

Thanks heaps,

Nick

im too lazy to look it up, but I recon the disk must be visible from the outside on the passenger side.

How can plod nick you as he sees you drive by with the disk on the dash?

Could you not bolt a motorbike type one somewhere on the outside of the car body?

reading the link - I don't htink you can get away with the headrest - it may be too high and is certainly unlikely to be in front of the driver!

Acording to that dot guv site, the minimum height is 760mm and the max is 1.8m. looks like my tax disc will be on a stalk sticking op from the N/S of the scuttle!

the link is there, click the bit that says look here.
I am not suggesting that anyone puts the disc on the headrest or that they will be nicked for failing to display, just that the only legal place i can fit it is the headrest.
