More Postal Strikes (sad but true)

Apparantly Royal Mail are going on strike again.

Meaning 1st class mail will take up to a week to arrive.
Some mail will get lost or damaged in transit.
You won't be able to get hold of anyone @ customer services to complain about lost or delayed mail.
Even when you do, they won't be able to do anything about it.

So basically, service as normal! How the hell are you supposed to tell when they're on strike or not???????

You have to kick slightly less junk mail out of the way to open the door when they're striking

I quite like junk mail. I sent it to MBNA, American express and all the other blooming banks who send me pre-filled application forms (encouraging identity fraud) with return envelopes.
Costs them money (they only pay if someone posts the prefranked evelope!!) and gets rid of junk mail in one go.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Bloody marvellous - I have the council trying to close the road that my shop is on, and now royal Mail trying to close the ecommerce side.

Who in their right mind would be in business?

What pisses me off it if you look at DX, they offer a cheaper service, guarantee next day delivery and are totally reliable....

Royal Mail are expensive, unreliable and slow.....

I think the government should take control from Royal Mail and sell it to DX!!!!!
