Quaife ATB (Torque biasing diff) and the

Get £300 to £700 out of your wallet and buy one. As said above there are a few different types on the market Quaife ATB is good as it does allow the
wheels to turn at differing speeds during cornering and only locks up under heavy torque conditions. It is however IMHO and from racing experience not
so good in wet conditions for some reason (and the guy at quaife stand at autosport show said we were not the first to say so but could not explain
why).
Unfortuneatly they still make very good money on fleaybay and are of widely differing stages of quality and abuse. Look for one with a steel endplate
as the cast ones are some times cracked and welded.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
