Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year*

*Full Terms and Conditions:
.Those accepting our best wishes are bound by the entry instructions of joining into the Christmas spirit and these terms.
.The sender would like to extend his/her best wishes, without this being seen as any form of bribery, inducement or enticement
.Accepting seasonal best wishes does not in any way infringe on your own firmly held beliefs.
.There will be any number of other people also invited to accept best wishes. Each said individual is entitled to a feeling of goodwill only. Costs of incidentals to achieve this state including food, drink and spending money are not included.
.Seasonal best wishes are open to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of the sender, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion such a elves and reindeer.
.The sender cannot and will not be held responsible for the eventual outcome of Christmas and New Year and expect all recipients of their best wishes to do all within their power to actually have a nice time. Anyone who does not has only themselves to blame for being miserable gits.
.The best wishes are as stated and no cash alternatives are available.
.Best wishes returned will only be accepted by e-mail or a very nice Christmas card (preferably with a robin on it). No responsibility will be accepted for Christmas cards which are incomplete, incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason.
.No purchase is necessary, although we will accept cash in any form given.
.The sender may withdraw its best wishes where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond his/her control.
.Best wishes are given at the sender’s discretion and will not be given as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any recipient. These include: saying ‘Baa-Humbug’, moaning that it never snows anymore, getting so drunk at the Christmas party that you stumble into work the next day to find the photocopier is jammed with copies of your bottom, telling small children that Santa does not exist.
.Best wishes can only be used once and cannot be shared or entered into by associates unless they are wearing those silly paper hats you get from crackers.
.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year is the registered trademark of Santa Clause PLC, North Pole.
