Fay de Bretagne - Track day

Thought I would let you know about a visit I had to Fay de Bretagne track near Nantes yesterday in case anyone has the opportunity to go in the future.

The track was rumoured to have been closed due to noise, but that is not the case.

The track was 4.2 km long with two fairly long straights. There were decent facilities and coffe available all day.

The track shut from 1200-1400 when we were taken for a four course meal with wine!

Cost for 7 hours of driving was 112 euros

The only problem the car had was a snapped drive shaft, who said BEC's had no torque

You snapped the driveshaft?

What engine is it?! Im presuming from your avatar yours is a slicks and wings operation?!
While Im thinking about it - I like the idea of wine and a meal en france with a track day thrown in for something to do!

I can see where the idea for that came from!

It's a Hayabusa. I was pulling out of the pits and probably gave it too much beans when the shaft snapped!

Sounds like a good day - only the French could provide wine for drivers on a track day!

Do you have any other dates for this year? Could be good to go to one when I am out there (as long as it is in the Fiat, not the Berlingo!!).
