Cleaming out the inside of a Plastic Coolant Bottle

I have a MKIII fiesta header/expansion/coolant bottle i want to use on my kitcar. its a bit grubby on the inside...

are there any good tips on cleaning it? it has baffles in it, so cleaning it with a high pressure hose will only clean part of it.

any good tips? ( dont have a dish washer either )

Drop some fine gravel in with detergent & water & give it a thorough shaking till your arms drop off - usually does the job!

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Rumor has it that if you stick them in the dishwasher, it comes out all sparkly..

however, if your other half finds out, I will deny all knowledge!

It helps if you fill the hamster with pebbles to give it more weight ......

As already suggested the dishwasher if you dare or failing that try using dishwasher powder and hot water . Tried most of the suggestions with limited results , dishwaher powder worked a treat . It also works if you have oil in the cooling system. K series owners take note!
