R1 wiring

Has anyone got a photo of the wiring going into the regulator/rectifier for the 4xv R1? As i'm not using the original loom need to know what goes where from the 5 pins,i know 3 go to alternator 1 to earth & 1 to main fuse in starter relay.Need to knowwhich ones

on mine, red is 12V, black is ground and the three whites are the 3 phases of the generator.

But where are they on the plug that goes to the reg/rectifier? As i haven't got the loom just the main reg/rect unit with a 5 pin plug on it

Here you go all three whites on the bottom three connections red to the right and black to the left depending on which way you look at it see photo!
And nothing connected to the top center.
