Looks very nice...

Although my eye is struggling to get off the R8.... Not jealous at all (he lied through his teeth!)

Mark is cheating.....

It's someone elses R8. The photo is made at a painters-place look at the Auto-glym poster and 3M plastic....

Btw Mark: looking good, as always.

grtz

OK it looks like I will have to come clean, the blue one is mine, the other grey one is a car we had in for repair and in line for valet.

Having driven another one, I still prefer mine, the R8 is nice but very hi tech, a little antiseptic.

Blowing away an M5 in a car you built yourself has that little extra something, that any showroom car will never have - the biggest smile factor on the planet

Would any locostbuilder swap their car for an R8? This one wouldn't

Any car you build yourself is priceless. An amazing achievement. To then improve to the look that you just have is awesome.
The R8 is breathtaking - but i guess a chequebook experience.

So you have blown away an m5 in your car!!! Tell me more. Ive always pitched mine against an M3 but you have achieved greater aspirations.

I've seen your avatar before and the new photos. What's with the "guard" over the exhaust? Any particular reason or just personal preference??
