hmm I have a classic motorbike mag on my desk, not to suprised at the price. Quite nice but very dated

So what is it? Apart from a rather old-looking motorcycle?

as you are too lazy to click the picture and read about it  , it is a 1972 kawasaki Z1, 4 cylinder 900 cc DOHC made up from new parts hence
costing £ 13 K 
you can get really nice examples for 1/2 that.

I like old cycles, not that i would buy it, but every one can his own tast.
And that is great, if not, all the locost would look the same.

Its a good shop that by the way. Just around the corner from me. Official Kawasaki parts dealer usually rounds the price down. Loads of parts just
stacked around in boxes, Dead lucky.

i have to soften my own words after reading it a couple of times.. but i'm just not that kind of person that i can wind my self up about some
words missing on a rim...
i like to have it spoton but those details and paying sow much money.... cant untherstand the needing.. i would just engrave them myself i guess..

Shouldn't it be just a Z900, not a Z1?
I thought the Z1 didn't come out until around 1979/80ish, and had the coffin fuel tank. Certainly wasn't a designation of Z1 in UK at that
time anyway.
Could well have been a home marked or USA designation though.
Either way it is very nice.
I just hope he hasn't gone totally original and used those horrible nylon tyres that the Jap bikes had at the time. A sniff of damp and it was
like being on ice.
