what film was it?
saw it in 2000 and guess it was about 5 yrs old which should date it.
had only 3 people in it;
1. youngish man - famous - well not that famous as I cannot remember name - actor, native american indian
2. woman
3. older man, possibly english
plot:
youngish man somehow (didn't see start) ends up in shcack with the other 2;
the woman is wife of older man who he "won" in a game of cards or as payment for money owed to him
the y-man and woman want to escape but must kill the o-man to get keys to a large 6 wd army truck
they do this but the o-man has rigged the boiler to explode and they try to drive out in the truck before that happens
in one scene one of the men fires a crossbow into a wooden post inches away as the women walks through a door - it makes you jump, well not now it
won't since Ive told you the plot
another scene the o-man lays out huge bear traps inside the shack.
so what film was it? any ideas how to find out?

No idea, but I always look to http://www.imdb.com for my film info - not sure it will help you in this case though...
