Brighton Speed Trial

I believe this event is on Saturday.

Has anyone been? What's it like and does anyone have any advice on where to park, best place to watch from etc?

John.

Great spectator venue and some very interesting machinery.
We used to park in the underground car park just off the Front near the West Pier as on-street parking is almost impossible, not been for a few years but can't imagine its improved.
BTW you could always stay the night and go to the Ace Cafe Reunion on Madeira Drive on the Sunday - 36,000 bikes on the Front and double that in the town.
Cheers, Pewe

Parking down here is a nightmare - get down early and park in the main car parks in West Street, just up from the Odeon cinema on the seafront. cheaper than the smaller ones dotted around the town.

As for viewing, just get yourself a spot along the top the the promenade.

Wish I could go but always working .......

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
