Certainly looks like it from the rear bumper profile...wonder if the roof rails are an optional extra?

I think the paint job is to make it harer to disingsh (edit: measure is probably a better word).
The dazzle camaflarge that the army employed artists to design in WWI was so an accurate measuremnt couldn't be taken from a far.
I will never forget when I lived in Woking seeing the F1 roadcar wrapped round lamp posts (from the night befores testing) along Guildford Road. Most
hit between where the Peacocks is and Victoria Arch.

I bet they are part of the caravan towing pack along with the cycle rack
