It wasn't meant as an attack, more frustration than anything. Admittedly, finishing with a smilie would have changed the tone (or more precisely,
made it obvious), but I avoid using smilies too much or else when I'm tired and not really concentrating at work, I can find myself putting them into
emails, obviously not a good thing to do. I've already caught myself a few times before signing an email kingr!!

Do Sureterm insure under 21's? The best qoute i got was about £400 through i think Adrian Flux.
