iv done a search and found this thread. I am abit confused by the 100mm/250mm spacing thing.
The runners i am using have a bolt hole on either end so four bolts all together. Will this be ok? (bolt holes are 19.5" apart iirc).
Also what do i need to use to spread the load? I have some 40mm washers. Will they be ok?
