if anyone want to 'drop off' money (once we've sorted the numbers and date) I work just the other side of the A1 from the karts and
live just down the road
but we can sort that out with u2u's later

Those dates are fine with me, should be me + 2 (but I'll check with them.)
PS I assume the dates are in FEB rather than JAN

Those dates are fine for me. Let me know - I can drop the money in to you whenever you need it. If numbers are low I work with a couple of petrolheads

I've gone and updated my phone without a proper backup - so I've lost everyones phone numbers 
(apart from Mango and scootz, I had yours on an old backup)
can everyone send me a text or something with your name on it so I can keep you up to date (incase we have a problem with the weather etc....)
