If it’s for iva it has to be lockable if that helps

Same cap as the Carbuilder solutions one above £6 cheaper at Furoreproducts

Link

Used these on all the cars I IVA'd, I added a simple tether

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

They have to be lockable and the key cannot be removed until refitted or tethered. Nearly failed my IVA on this point, mine was lockable but the key could be removed, nice tester allowed me to get my cable ties and a drill to make a small hole and it became tethered

Makes sense for them to be tethered.

Thinking back to having my MK Indy SVA'd (IVA replaced SVA), there was no requirement for tethering or locking. My filler cap simply screwed on/off. Once finished I closed the boot lid and locked it shut, but not the filler cap.
