New hardened driveshafts have been made
Shafts fitted
New ford r's turbo inner cv joints
New Astra mk4 1.6 outer cv joints
Decided to fit a gear indicator to it so I know what gear I'm in !
Magnet bracket made
Final fitted product

New mirrors fitted
New rear mudguard fitted
Fitted and wired in the coolant fan switch as it never had one
Made and Fitted a lockable luggage box as I'm fed up with having nowhere to put anything !
Decided to put some colour on the buggy so designed these graphics to go down the side of it.

Ha it loves going fast 
There's a magnet that moves over 2 pickup points which counts the gears it's meant for a bike but I've made it fit this, works
really well tbh wasn't easy to fit though.

Ah right, sounds good.
Acumen etc use revs/speed but can get confused if you down shift fast or threw a few gears.
what brand is yours please?

Pretty sure u can put the sensors right next to each other it works by the magnet passing over the top of the sensor so u can put it anywhere u want
as long as it goes over the sensor it'll work

At least I can adjust it to suit the driveshafts ride height etc now. Gota take the arms off grind them down smooth and powdercoat them etc did u do
it in satin black ?

Got a leaking radiator and oil cooler now 
Found out the mk2 mazda mx5 alloy one is a close fit so instead of buying another buggy one for £250 I'm guna make the mx5 one fit instead !
It'll be a lot easier to get hold of a mx5 one than a buggy one anyway.
I'll use a mocal oil cooler this time so hopefully it'll be stronger than the last one. Also need to make some new custom oil lines to
suit.
New rad.

Mazda mk5 mk2 alloy radiator now fitted.
Seeing if it'll fit !
Made up some stainless steel spacers for the radiator to sit in.
All on and fitted surprised at how well it fits considering it's meant to be on a mazda mx5 ! Bottom hose is on the same place so that
doesn't have to be moved and the top hose just needs a 90 degree bend taken out of the hose and it lines up perfect. Need to weld on the
brackets underneath for the oil cooler to fit on and it's done.

Made the oil cooler brackets up today, was going to weld brackets straight onto the rad but then I thought if it ever needs to be changed again then
it's more hassle to reweld it all the time so made everything bolt onto it.
Top brackets all made up and painted.
Bottom brackets all made and painted.
All fitted just need the new stainless jubilee clips to come and the anodised an fittings.
Had to get hose reducers as the rads 32mm and hoses are 25mm.
Had to make up a t piece alloy top water tube for the thermostate bleed pipe to fit into.

Braided stainless oil hose come today with the anodized an fittings.
Extreme engines alloy an adaptors come too.
Hoses all made up ready to fit.
There we go new rad, oil cooler and oil hoses all fitted and down thank god !
Next on the list is new gaz gold coilovers
